Team- the Inner Circle

Our commission structure is simple and transparent.
All team members pay their own REAL Brokerage fee of just $12,000 per year — easily offset through revenue share and stock options.
New Agents (fewer than 10 deals in the past 12 months) 50/50 split on your first 10 transactions, then move to the standard 85/15 team split.
Experienced Agents (joining with an established track record) Start on a 70/30 split until you've closed 6 transactions, then move to the standard 85/15 team split.
Monthly Fee All agents pay $97/month until they've sold 6 homes.
Team-Provided Leads Leads provided to team members are split 60/40.

Our staged properties also sell at an average of 102% of list price.
