Before real estate she spent a decade in project management: sequencing the parts, anticipating the problem before it lands on you, keeping a complicated thing moving when one piece slips. She uses market data, comparable sales, and pricing analysis to separate signal from noise, then combines it with what you tell her you're trying to do. The data informs the recommendation.
